The magical city of Athens is the capital of Greece and the largest city of the country with o population of approximately 4 million. The city, worshipped by Ancient Greek Gods and by the people, with magnificent monuments, was the cradle of Ancient Hellenic and Greek culture and the centre of economy, politics, social life and philosophy. Athens, named after the most important goddess of mythology, Athena, is known as the first city to establish democracy. The most important prehistoric civilizations came from Athens and from the history of mankind to date created very successful architectural masterpieces.

Mykonos, one of the Cyclades islands, spans an area of 86 km² with a population of approximately 10.000. Mykonos, chosen as the most beautiful island in the World by one of the world’s leading travel magazine ‘’Conde Nast Traveler’’, is the most popular of the Greek Islands with its colorful bougainvillea overhanging from its snow-white balconies, houses decorated with geraniums and the row of windmills on the docks.

Being a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest of the 12 islands, Rhodes is an island like paradise located 18 km from the shores of Turkey. Considered as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Colossus of Rhodes statue showed sailors the location of the entrance to the ancient port. The castle built by the Hospitaller Knights and the ancient city, which it embraced, is considered to have remained as the second best preserved medieval city. A Turkish minority of 3,500 people still lives on the island which was conquered by Suleiman the Magnificent and ruled under the Ottomans for 400 years.

Santorini is the southernmost member of the Cyclades group of islands located in the South of the Aegean Sea. In 1500 BC, the island and surrounding small islands were formed as a result of a large volcanic eruption. The blue-domed churches are Santorini’s most characteristic features. Perhaps the most beautifully decorated bars, restaurants, and accommodation areas are located on the amazing cliffs of Thira with romantic sea views. The volcanic beaches stretching on the north-south strip, makes the island even more attractive.

Just before sunset in Patmos is the best time to wander the narrow streets of Hora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with the Monastery of St. John and the Cave of the Resurrection. Here, the square houses are built with thick stone walls, close together, especially along the outer perimeter, to form a defensive wall against pirates.

Kuşadası is one of the first places that come to mind when it comes to tourism in Turkey. Kuşadası, which hosts many local and foreign tourists especially in the summer months, is a natural and historical beauty that combines all the beautiful colors of nature. Remarkable places to see in Kuşadası district: Güvercinada Castle - Kaleiçi - Kuşadası Hand Statue - Öküz Mehmet Pasha Caravanserai - Kaleiçi Mosque - Oleatrium Olive and Olive Oil History Museum - Women's Beach - Sevgi Beach - Dilek Peninsula - Büyük Menderes Delta National Park - Zeus Cave.
